- 1 sheet of 800 x 500 x 6 mm (32 x 20 x 1/4 inches) plywood
- 3 mm (1/8 inch) router bit
For a 900 x 1200 mm (3 x 4 ft) CNC
- 1 sheets of 1200 x 900 x 6 mm (47-1/4 x 36 x 1/4 inches) plywood
- 1 sheets of 620 x 520 x 6 mm (24 x 21 x 1/4 inches) plywood
- 4 mm (1/8 inch) router bit
For a 1200 x 1200 mm (4 x 4 ft) CNC and bigger
- 1 sheet of 1200 x 1200 x 6 mm (47-1/4 x 47-1/4 x 1/4 inches) plywood
- 4 mm (1/8 inch) router bit
