Sortable Storage Box DXF file

If you need to store small items of different sorts, this box is just what you need.

• 15 segments will keep your items separate
• Easy to open lid will prevent dust from collecting in the box
• The clip-tenon joint system will keep your box closed even if it’s upside-down
• Clever design allows the boxes to be stacked safely

The design can be cut on a 600 x 900 (2 x 3 ft) CNC router and bigger as well as on a laser cutter.

• 1 sheet of 300 x 200 x 6 mm (11-13/16 x 7-7/8 x 1/4 inches) plywood
• 3 mm (1/8 inch) router bit for dogbones

For 900 x 1200 (3 x 4 ft) CNC

• 1 sheet of 730 x 900 x 6 mm (29 x 35-7/16 x 1/4 inches) plywood
• 3 mm (1/8 inch) router bit for dogbones

For a laser cutter

• 1 sheet of 600 x 900 x 6 mm (23-5/8 x 35-7/16 x 1/4 inches) plywood
• 1 sheet of 300 x 200 x 6 mm (11-13/16 x 7-7/8 x 1/4 inches) plywood
