- 4 sheets of 600 x 900 x 9 mm (23-⅝ x 35-7/16 x 3/8 inches) plywood
- 4 mm (1/8 inch) router bit for dogbones
- Rubber band or tension coil spring (for brakes)
For 900 x 1200 (3 x 4 ft) CNC
- 2 sheets of 900 x 1200 x 9 mm (35-7/16 x 47-¼ x 3/8 inches) plywood
- 4 mm (1/8 inch) router bit for dogbones
- Rubber band or tension coil spring (for brakes)
For 1200 x 1200 (4 x 4 ft) CNC and bigger
- 1 sheet of 1200 x 1200 x 9 mm (47-¼ x 47-¼ x 3/8 inches) plywood
