Sawhorse DXF file

The sawhorse supports a piece of material that is being processed. An improvised shelf can be easily made by putting two sawhorses in front of each. The sawhorse is durable, light, and can be easily assembled.

The design can be cut on 600 x 900 mm (2 x 3 ft) CNC router and bigger.

After completing the order, you will receive DXF files with component layout adjusted to different CNC sizes:

600 x 900 (2 x 3 ft)

900 x 1200 (3 x 4 ft)

1200 x 1200 (4 x 4 ft)
1200 x 2400 (4 x 8 ft)

*The files are adjusted to fit both metric and imperial standards for materials and tools

Required materials:

For 600 x 900 (2 x 3 ft) CNC

• 3 sheets of 600 x 900 x 12 mm (23-⅝ x 35-7/16 x 1/2 inches) plywood
• 4 mm (1/8 inch) router bit for dogbones

For 900 x 1200 (3 x 4 ft)  and 1200 x 1200 (4 x 4 ft) CNC

• 2 sheets of 900 x 1200 x 12 mm (35-7/16 x 47-¼ x 1/2 inches) plywood
• 4 mm (1/8 inch) router bit for dogbones

For 1200 x 2400 (4 x 8 ft) CNC

• 1 sheet of 1200 x 1500 x 12 mm (47-1/4 x 59-1/16 x 1/2 inches) plywood
• 4 mm (1/8 inch) router bit for dogbones
