Make your own modular and scalable sacrificial workbench frame with these free CNC-ready DXF files.
Designed to protect your main work surface while cutting, drilling, or routing, this simple frame can be built from plywood offcuts or full sheets.
The half lap joints allow you to create as big an assembly as needed for the project you are working on, and the cutouts in the components provide plenty of space to clamp the frame to your workbench and your workplace to the frame, ensuring a safe crafting experience.
The download includes 4 frame sizes and a handy storage shelf for easy organization when not in use. There are files for different material thicknesses: 9, 12, 15, and 18 mm (3/8, 1/2, 5/8, and 3/4 inch).
Perfect for any CNC workshop setup.
