These free CNC DXF files let you build a simple, adjustable plywood sheet dolly that makes transporting sheet materials much easier for a single person. The platform supports one end of the sheet, carrying roughly half of its weight while the opposite end is guided by hand, making large panels far easier to maneuver.

The design features an adjustable platform that accommodates material thicknesses from 6 mm to 40 mm (1/2 to 1-1/2 inches), allowing the same dolly to work with a wide range of plywood, MDF, and other sheet goods.

The files are compatible with most CNC routers and provide a quick, practical workshop project that can save time and effort every time you handle large sheets.
