 The design can be cut on 900 x 1200 (3 x 4 ft) CNC router and bigger.

After completing the order, you will receive DXF files with component layout adjusted to different CNC sizes:

900 x 1200 (3 x 4 ft)

1200 x 1200 (4 x 4 ft)

1220 x 2440 (4 x 8 ft)

*The files are adjusted to fit both metric and imperial standards for materials and tools

For 1200 x 1200 (4 x 4 ft) CNC and bigger

• 1 sheet of 1200 x 1200 x 6 mm (47-¼ x 47-¼ x 1/4 inches) plywood
• 1 sheet of 900 x 450 x 6 mm (35-7/16 x 18 x 1/4 inches) plywood
• 1 sheet of 900 x 1200 x 15 mm (35-7/16 x 47-¼ x 5/8 inches) plywood
• 3 mm (1/8 inch) router bit for dogbones
• 6 mm (1/4 inch) router bit for dogbones

For 1220 x 2440 (4 x 8 ft) CNC and bigger

• 1 sheet of 1220 x 1650 x 6 mm (48-1/32 x 65 x 1/4 inches) plywood
• 1 sheet of 900 x 1200 x 15 mm (35-7/16 x 47-¼ x 5/8 inches) plywood
• 3 mm (1/8 inch) router bit for dogbones
• 6 mm (1/4 inch) router bit for dogbones
